Employee Benefits Management, LLC, (EBM) designs, develops,
and administers employee benefit plans, such as: Section 125 Flexible Spending
(Cafeteria), COBRA compliance, transportation benefit, and
related benefit plans. The firm is headquartered in Richmond, Virginia and serves client
firms throughout the United States. EBM serves clients in the business,
non-profit, and governmental sectors.
The firm has operated since 1995 and continues to be headed by Tammy E.
Colvin, President.
EBM does NOT sell insurance products; the firm works with clients and
insurance brokers to design and administer flexible benefit plans for client
firms.
EBM maintains in force Errors and Omissions
Insurance and a Fidelity Bond for the protection and assurance of its clients.
